In August 2007, the Healthy Communities Coalition & the Otoe County Coalition for Children, Youth and Families merged to form Partners for Otoe County (P4OC). P4OC is a partnership of community organizations, businesses and individuals of all ages, working together for positive change in the quality of lives of families and those who live, work and visit Otoe County.
