Student’s Accelerating In Leadership (SAIL) Conference Partners for Otoe County’s Leadership Committee works collaboratively with area schools to help develop a day-long leadership skills conference for all Otoe County 7th Graders. The schools participating are: Nebraska City Public Schools, Nebraska City Lourdes, Nebraska Center for the Education of Children who are Blind/Visually Impaired, home schooled children, Syracuse-Dunbar-Avoca Schools and Palmyra-Bennett District OR-1.
The goal is to equip area 7th graders with the skills needed to be confident leaders. These skills will help students become better leaders in their classrooms, schools, organizations, families and communities.
