Summer Art Camp
Partners for Otoe County and the Kimmel-Harding-Nelson Center for the Arts will hold
their fourth annual Summer Art Camp July 25-29, 2011. Reduce - Reuse - Recycle wil be the theme for the 2011 Art Camp. Common recycled items will be used to create something new and beautiful. A morning session for children who will be in grades 1-3 next year will take place from 9:30 to 1
1:30 each day that week, and youth who wll be in grades 4-7 next school year will enroll in the afternoon session that takes place from 12:30 to 2:30. There is room for 20 students to participate in each session. Katy Bovick will be the lead artist for the 2011 Art Camp. Students may register using the registration from attached below or call 402-873-6343 to receive a registration form in the mail. The Nebraska Arts Council provides grant funding to this project, which helps reduce the cost of registration fees.
